The Silence of the Lambs, the Roar of the Lion
As the wolf spreads terror and the world cowers in silence, Israel fights alone — and the cost of indifference grows by the day

The Silence of the Lambs—the silence of a world that has shut its eyes and curled up in a corner, awaiting its fate.
I did not draw this parallel by chance, because it perfectly reflects the current state of affairs, which worsens with each passing day.
It has been more than a year and a half since the disease called fear and terror of the terrorist threat was fully exposed, and Israel was left to the mercy of the wolf, forced to face it alone. The lambs believed that as long as the wolf was preoccupied with Israel, they themselves would remain safe. But they were gravely mistaken.
The wolf has stretched its long claws into every corner of the world and revealed its bloody teeth in regions that, at first glance, seemed peaceful. Inaction and complacency have become the hallmarks of today’s society. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and uniting against a shared threat, the lambs huddle in a corner and remain silent.
The illusion that they will go unnoticed, and, if noticed, be spared, is utterly futile. Some lambs even decided to join the wolf’s pack, believing it to be the perfect way to preserve their way of life, their culture, and their very existence, by hunting alongside the wolf—against the Israelis. How deeply mistaken they were. They became mere tools, instruments for achieving the wolf’s goals, and they will be sacrificed the moment they are no longer needed.
Meanwhile, the proud lion continued its unequal fight, securing victory after victory, but the global community failed to understand that this was their shared enemy too, and abandoned Israel to fight alone. No one stopped to think about the consequences. Living for today is the easiest way to avoid thinking about tomorrow.
And so, the world remains silent, blind to the fact that its choice will lead to its own oblivion.
